Anyway, in what language you are editing here? Is it Vietnamese? If so, there is a need to categorize all pages in this language to VI category, by adding [[Category:VI]] to all pages where Vietnamese is dominant (including disscusion pages, here ns Talk) or to create a category tree, when all the branches will go down to Category:VI. - I am sorry, when I have a look on all of your edits, I have found out that the language is vi, so I have created a category.
