User:Abd/Dutch wikiversity
Activity in the Dutch Wikiversity seems to have collapsed. Studying this is complicated by the removal of the Dutch categories from the pages, Category:NL and Category:Wikiversiteit. Because Dutch content may have been created by the involved Dutch community, this page will look at contributions of users who contributed to relevant pages, apparently part of or about the Dutch Wikiversity, in June - August 2014. This affair is worth studying because, until that time, there were over 5000 pages in the Dutch Wikiversity, and nearly all have been deleted. A page will be listed with contributions links for users who edited the pages. Then another page will be listed and any additional users participating in the Dutch Wikiversity will be listed, until I believe that all have been listed. Statistics will be shown.
This is not an accusation of improper behavior. This is just a study of what happened in June - August 2014.
"Dutch Wikiversity" refers to pages either in Category:NL, Category:Wikiversiteit, or in subcategories of these pages, or pages in User space apparently being developed for inclusion.

- Discussion about en.wikiversity on the Talk page reflects confusion on en.wv about the Portal, Topic, and School namespaces, where there is high disorder. Most organizational work on en.wv has focused on cleaning up mainspace; with only a little extending into the other namespaces. No wonder they were confused! Further, random page still turns up a lot of junk. There were years of disorder, confusion, conflict, erratic and irregular deletion, etc., cleanup is not complete. Yet Wikiversity is being used by academics and others to create highly useful resources, without conflict, and students use it for learning-by-doing, again without conflict. There is high consensus, lately, on organization in mainspace, with multiple users assisting. --Abd (talk) 19:39, 6 September 2014 (UTC)

Undeleted Dutch Wikiversity
[edit]Looking at pages, I found Special:Contributions/Titico. This user created resources in 2008 that have not been deleted, but the categories were removed, and two pages were moved into the space of User:The Banner, one was moved back (by me, per request on RCA).
