Invited by Nadya Pulatova. For starts I would like to present what I can do, to find grounds for collaboration. I have been attending the seminar now and then for >1 year since my MPIA times, yet could not get to science discussions due to certain organizational mishaps.

I use FLASH code (AMR MHD, multiphysics; U. Chicago - Rochester), worked on nuclear flame model for it as my PhD at U. Chicago, created optimal quiet stable flame model. Could be used to model e.g. some inner galaxy dynamics. Non-relativistic. Stella code for radiation transport. Visit for visualization. General theoretical physics background: Phys-Tech dept of Kharkov State Univ, chair of theoretical nuclear physics, knew Landau-Lifshitz by heart during my undergrad years. Now work on proper understanding of gravitational torques in Common Envelope evolution with Andrés Escala, Dominik Schleicher at CATA, Chile (FLASH code + analytic interpretation). Magnetic effects in type Ia supernova (FLASH; with collaborators from Florida State Univ). Starting studying magnetic fields in Taurus molecular cloud via Velocity Gradient Technique (collaborators from Universidad Bernardo O'Higgins, Chile).
