Hi, I'm applying for another 3 months of temporary custodianship. Last time I made some progress on the cleanup, as evidenced by admin stats. I mostly focused on deleting unused templates and empty pages. I also cooperated with en.wikiversity to export several hundred pages written in English. July 2026

Hi. I'd like to extend my custodianship for 6 months more. During my last term I managed to carry out a major cleanup, removing thousands of pages due to various violations (for example see Category talk:VI). Unfortunately, I had to switch my attention to Russian Wikinews, which also underwent an enormous cleanup before being closed, and as such my activity here was limited. I plan to continue with the cleanup by involving more people who speak the necessary languages and thus will be able to assess the quality of test projects hosted here, just like the Vietnamese contributors who provided their expertise on the VI project. And of course, I will maintain the effort of upkeeping the project, combating vandalism and fulfilling users' requests whenever needed. Comment The user requested a 6 month extension, but User:Sotiale appears to have renewed the custodianship only until 13:32, 12 October 2026 (approximately 3 months). Was this intentional, or was it an oversight?--(talk) 14:38, 17 July 2026 (UTC)
