Purpose: The template allows to put sections into subpages and to automatically transclude the subpages.

Usage:

• 1st parameter: title
• 2nd parameter (optional): text under the title
• color parameter (optional): background color of the question
• context parameter (optional): Adds a context designator to the subpage reference.

• edit parameter: deprecated (edit link is always displayed)
• removed parameter: deprecated (questions are no longer displayed on the article page)
