I have already stop using the account chihonglee and I have already stoped requesting permissions on other wikis, only on wikiversity. If you keep requesting them like you have been, you will not get any permission for a very long time, possibly forever.

You really need to put some good honest effort into a project, with at least 3000-4000 edits and at least 1 year, before you run for admin. Also, I would strongly recommend waiting until you are older - typically admins are *at least* 15 years old.
