First I will mention I am not an active user here (being my first edit) and I am purely commenting here from my experience with the user globally. First, See this page on Meta-Wiki. Onto my reasons for opposing, the link I stated above is a major concern for me especially its cross wiki effect. Secondly, I looked over the users zhwiki contributions and saw what I see as canvassing for this request. Thirdly, while not a deciding factor, as far as my experience goes I do not feel the user is yet mature enough to be holding rights such as administrator on any wiki in my honest opinion. Lastly, I find the three supports above quite conspicuous. If people do want to raise queries with this oppose, feel free and I will respond seeing as I am not an active/established user of this wiki. John F. - Dear Sotiale, thank you for your question! It is because that I need this custodianship for helping Chinese Wikiversity to do maintenance work.   - Thank you for answer. But I cannot see any needs because Custodian actions on incubator ZH Wikiversity are few and incubator ZH Wikiversity has enough custodians(Wasami007, Shujenchang).
