Serious issues with BLK test

I've been worried about the BLK testwiki for some time. One of the active contributors there was warned by me about some issues I had noticed. However, as I had other concerns at the time, I let things be for a while.

Now though it seems that something must be done. Firstly, unfinished translations keep being a plague.

All listed pages are partly, mostly, or even completely in English - and the list isn't exhaustive. To my knowledge, no steps to rectify this were taken after my warning.

Secondly, copyvio also seems to be a problem. Three pages (လိုꩻတဖြာꩻစီႏGDP, စီꩻပွာꩻရေꩻစနစ်, နီလိုꩻသီးဖဝ GDP) contained references to a "Basic Economics" textbook. Those turned out to be unauthorised translations of the textbook, so I deleted them. Unfortunately, many more pages have references to this textbook as well as others like "Research Skills", "Learning Skills", "Introduction to Social Sciences" etc. All of those are textbooks from Myanmar, available online. Unfortunately, I'm unable to check them, as Google Translate stopped being useful and started providing gibberish instead of proper translations.

All in all this paints a rather disturbing picture. The entire testwiki is filled with content which is dubious at best and illegal at worst. I fear that even the total deletion of the testwiki might be warranted.

Most of the contents are being translated from English Wikiversity. Some contents created by the user Kuhn Htun Lwin is translated from some books which he have learned in his field. We are working our best to have Wikiversity contents writing in th Pa'O language. ကေဇာဟိန်း (talk) 05:57, 30 September 2025 (UTC)

If the referenced "Research Skills", "Learning Skills", "Introduction to Social Sciences" are from the books of Mote Oo Education, they are under CC-By-sa-4.0. In Myanmar, Text books published by the government are copyrighted, and I also advised once not to copy/translate Government Text book in Wikiversity. For the rest of untranslated pages in English, it should be deleted if they are abandoned for a long time. Ninja✮Strikers ^«☎» 13:52, 13 September 2025 (UTC)
